Hi Team,
This is really disappointing regards to behaviour towards the customers. I have connected with customer care multiple times but there is no action taken they resolve the case and doesn’t even bother even to connect with the customer. Is this the right behaviour towards the customers? Sending the product which I haven’t ordered as if you like to? it’s been a week I have received an order of 2 sarees which I haven’t ordered. The product which I have ordered was cancelled by Flipkart itself but I got a notification that order was confirmed twice. However I was expecting my delivery but I received 2 damaged and worst sarees which is not worthy of 2,008rs.
I have all the proofs and message received by team. I need immediate action of taking this issues seriously and I need my refund immediately.
I’m also sharing an screenshot also products which I have received. Do even deliver such products to customers? And do you even sell such products? I need an immediate action and refund or I will strictly take an action and file a case.
