I ordered 16 plate nail art stamping kit but I have received only 15 plate with different design which I haven’t ordered. When I had word with cs team they told me I have to keep the product. I mean they are not ready to return or replace the item. Now I don’t want replacement but I want full refund of the product. I can’t pay 999 for 15 plastic plate with aweful design.
