I have received invoice bill without serial number when I trying to reach out to claim warranty then not go further because have not serial number on invoice bill

I have bought BoAt airpdopes aplha on 10/09/2023.
After a charging problem on this so I decided to claim warranty..
But when I trying to claim warranty there is not serial number on invoice bill and I not able to claim warranty

So kindly provide invoice bill with serial number
