I had ordered Woodland black slippers in flipkart which is woth of. 1482/- INR .
And delivery agent came and asked for otp and handed over the product to me!! And i was left shocked by seeing the product was in irregular shape and the inside box was torn and the outside they have covered with nice box and this all happened with in the 10min after the moment I received.at the same time i have tried to return and call them back for the same-then they started telling that is OPEN BOX DELIVERY POLICY.Which i have never been informed by anyone of them nor i was aware!! Now they are smartly escaping !! If it’s a open box delivery policy even the delivery agent should upload the images to them .they have accepted that he didn’t uploaded a picture of it !!
