I have received damaged product and amazon agents refused to return or exchange i am trying from last 30 days

Text of Complaint by Parul aggarwal:

I have received damage mixer grinder of cron and i had raised replacement against on that order at the time of replacement the amazon agent denied to exchange beacuse of damaged product like what is it we have received damaged product that’s why we create a replacement order after that i have tried to return the 4-5 times through amazon support evertime new agent received the call and tell us please wait for 72 hours we will pick up your return but every time from last 4-5 times no one comes at my place to pick up order and the delivery agent assigned to us didn’t take our calls i tried from another number he picks up call ad after listening my voice disconnected the call it is happening from all over again and again.
This is might be new policy of amazon to fraud with consumers i have all recordings with agents and call records of delivery agent
Now delivery agent has blocked all my no so that i am unable to reach with her.

Please do the needful
