I ordered a bed from pepperfry and it said on the website that the order will be delivered after two weeks from the date as I entered pincode. When I completed the order payment they said they will provide me the order the next day itself as it was on their warehouse. next day it was raining but they brought the product and it was a bit different from website but they gave saying it looks different from website. Now after 2 weeks of using my back started paining and one day I asked my husband to remove mattress and check what is the issue. When we took out the mattress there was unalignment in the bed and fungus inside the box storage which shows we were delivered bad quality product.
