I have ordered for HUSH PUPPIES Men Brown Casual Sandal -9 size on 24/09/2022 from Flipkart.com for Rs. 2399/-. On 27/09/2022 the delivery person from Flipkart called (phoned) me and delivered a box. I have opened the delivered box in front of the Flipkart delivery person. In the box the product was different from what I have ordered. In the box there was Blue colour Bata slippers – 6 size. When asked the delivery person about the wrong product he suggested me to apply for a replacement or refund on the Flipkart website as he cannot do anything. I have first applied for a refund and when Flipkart rejected to refund then I have applied for replacement of the product which the Flipkart again rejected saying what they have delivered is the right product.
