This is the very harsh statement from my side.. Lats week I ordered two products are mi 11 lite ne 5g back cover and the same model matte finish tempered glass in your site. but i have received the wrong item of mi 11x back cover and then i claim the replacement option for the product but again i received the same product of mi 11x back cover. Second one is about the tempered glass , that’s also not covered the full display. Screen gaurd is smaller than the mobile display, after attached the screen gaurd two side of display didn’t not cover and also the product have no return policy so what about my money for that product ? So that its all show’s your very careless way of customer response and complaint. i totally disappointed with your service, so from onwards I won’t choose flipkart for any other online purchase. And here with I share the photo copy of the received product and it’s order id of the two products. And kindly do some favour of tempered glass return and it’s refund amount ..
