I have raised request for membership cancellation but not getting any response till today
have purchased the Club Mahindra membership 04/04/2023 which User ID is 3008547 and i have sent e-mail on memberexperience@mahindraholidays.com on 08/04/2033 for membership cancellation which complain ID is 02906608 and request for full refund as per the club mahindra policy due to some personal issue as we can get refund if opted with in 15 days of purchased.
I have tried to reach out to customer care multiple times to seek a resolution for this issue, but I have not received a satisfactory response. The representatives and relation manager have been unhelpful and have not provided any concrete solution to my problem..
I would like to request to help me on this and what should be the further step from my side.
