I have raised a ticket for unauthorized Transactions/Card Transaction on 9th May,22 at 11:52 Pm on my below mentioned credit card number.

Credit Card Number:4391 2308 7660 9266
Card Type:Visa
Credit Card Holder Name:Vallapureddy Kiran Reddy
2 Transactions done through One Mobiwik System Pvt Ltd, for the 1st transaction amount is Rs.35000/- at 11:52 Pm and 2nd Transaction amount is Rs.14287.50/- at 11:53 Pm.
I got 2 otps for these above 2 transactions but i didn’t share with anyone and Immediately i got the transaction successful message where the 1st otp has been deleted and the 2nd one I kept it for Proof/reference.
Postwhich, I have contacted the customer care to block the credit card and raised a complaint against the fraud transaction(i.e Service Ticket No-46417691) for your reference.
10th May,22, I reported this scenario to the Cybercrime department and submitted the required proof’s to them. They have given the acknowledgement number(i.e 33705220011069).
