I have put my Airtel Broadband connection in safe custody mode on 14th Aug 2020 , but the customer care team missed to do the same and now the collection team is threatening me to pay 2 months bill payment.
I am ready to pay the Safe custody charges and not going to pay the bill for Sep and Oct 2020
