I have purchased smartwatch from fire Boltt in February 24 2022 after month the watch is not working properly I have raise a complain in warranty but no reply has they told me to wait for 7 days I have written more than 15 days now they are ignoring my mail they have mail me that my product is under warranty and have right to replacement but they not replace it yet
