Dear Sir,
I booked Maxo M10 (Coral Green, 8GB RAM, 256 GB Storage) on website https://maxophones.online on 11th July 2020. Order# 12950.
On 17th July 20, i received different mobile phone, which is not working at all even though i tried to charge mobile, it’s not getting charged.
I order Maxo M10 (Coral Green, 8GB RAM, 256 GB Storage) but i received different phone which is name android, under box handset & charger only which is simple charger, no manual in box. I have attached Box image which i received.
I sent email for return & refund my amount of RS. 39990.00 to sales@maxophones.online, but no response from them.
I sent reminder also but no response. I tried to call there customer service number @ 07439189515 phone is switch off.
Please help me to get my amount.

On 23th July 20, i received different mobile chinese mobile phone, which is not working at all even though i tried to charge mobile, it’s not getting charged. Please l have Return chinese mobile product. & Refund my money
