I have purchased LG air conditioner through FLIPKART ON 05 Apr 23, model LG AI Convertible 6-in-1 Cooling 2023 Model 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Al Dual Inverter 2 Way Swing, HD Filter with Anti-Virus Protection AC – White (RS-Q19ENXE Copper Condenser) but I have received different model that is model RS 1Q19ENXE Year 2022. When I approached Flipkart customer care service for return and replace with correct model they are mentioning that please contact LG customer support for replacement .jowever
