Last year I purchased galaxy z flip 4 from nearby showroom of samsung only.
I have taken this phone in EMI based .
I haven’t even used this phone properly means only to attend or to do calls only .basically for the above purpose only I used it as I have another phone ,it is also samsung only .I have not installed any apps or downloaded any third party apps after a few months of purchase phone is getting heated when I’m talking to some one for morethan half n hr.on November 29 th 2023my another phone samsung has got fully damaged after 8 years of purchase.
In the month of Dec 2023 I started using this phone galaxy z flip 4
In the month of January2024 touch started not working,in the month of Feb 2024 completely my phone stopped working
When I have taken to the show room without checking immediately he told me display problem I have to pay 35 k
Even my Co doctor who has got the same display problem ( galaxy z flip 4)
So I think they r selling us defective products
Every possibility of contacting samsung customer service centre I have done
The numbers which is on the internet I have tried but it is not working,my email was sent sent bcz it is not correct email I’d address
I even tried in what’s app samsung chat they were also telling the same I have to pay 35 k
I have all the proofs against this defective samsung product
Moreover they r calling me to pay EMI
If I pay 3 EMI my phone EMI will be completed
