Dear Sir,
Maine Fast-track ki smart watch purchase ki thi September month me jab Maine watch purchase Kiya tha to uski MRP 9990/- thi usme mujhe 50% discount mila tha. watch purchase karne ke baad Maine usko ek bhi baar use nhi kiya. November month me jab Maine us watch ko first time start Kiya to wah start nhi ho Rahi thi uske baad Maine Titan ke customer care me baat Kiya to unhone mujhe complaint karne ka process batata, Maine 19 November ko complaint registered kiya, mere Kai baar follow-up karne ke baad 29 November ko unhone product replacement ke liye approve karke mujhe ek code Diya aur kaha aap Titan store me jaakar apni watch change kar lijiye.
Jab mai Titan store gaya to store representative ne mujhe bataya ki same watch ke liye aapko additional cost pay karna padega jab uski MRP pahle se bhi Kam ho gai hai. Maine store representative ko kaha ki mujhe cost se koi matlab nhi hai aap mujhe same product replace karke dijiye to unhone mana kar Diya aur kaha replacement ke case me aapko full amount pay karna padega aapko discount nhi milega,
Isliye aapse nivedan hai kripya meri help kare jisse mujhe similar range ka product mil sake.
