I have purchase boat product i.e. boAt airdopes 601 anc white. after using some months i found that product defected, i applied for warranty claim after picking up my original product they sent me defected product who’s ticket id was 34633250. i thought there may be some confusion so i applied for replacement again they checked it and sent me a defected product again who’s ticket id is 35473411. they sent me even only one item instead of a pair.
this was very bad behavior’s from the company and team members
please help me on this matter.
