I have purchased beatxp smartwatch on 24 January 2023 now my smartwatch have some display issue I have registered warranty claim registration in mail they said that it will be replaced with in 4 to 7 days but still it is not replacedi have submitted all the necessary documents which they require invoice copy of product my contact number I have mail them on 4th August and still I am trying to reach to them but no response.

I have purchased beatxp smartwatch on 24 January 2023 now my smartwatch have some display issue I have registered warranty claim registration in mail they said that it will be replaced with in 4 to 7 days but still it is not replaced I have submitted all the necessary documents which they require invoice copy of product my contact number I have mail them on 4th August and still I am trying to reach to them but no response. If I e-mail on support@beatxp.com then they just creating ticket of my mail by saying someone from our team will contact you within 48hrs but later no reply from them.
