Text of Complaint by Mallikarjuna Boggala:

I have purchased a saree for my sister and when it is delivered the color did not match. I initiated a return within the same week with Amazon. Amazon updated the order to arrange a pickup date. And they have never picked up the item. Now they are saying the return window is closed although I have initiated the return within their stipulated time.
