I want to cancel or reschedule my flight ticket ,but travolook customer care said you have no option to select to get full Amount return.secondly ,when I booked my ticket on 12th Feb 2021 and same condition are confirmed (buy zero cancellation and get maximum refund in case of cancellation upto 24hrs before) by the travolook agent on the call.
My reference number is REF897111175.
I have paid more amount 6188 rupees with buy zero cancellation and get maximum refund in case of cancellation upto 24hrs before.
Travolook customer are care deny ,my request and said you are not buy any this type of option.
