i have receive defected one plus led .when 2.5 month ago i had raise complaint then a person come from service center and said that mother board of this led will be replace . he asked me that i had raise a request to our senior executive for place of mother board of led . after that about 10 to 15 days there is no call from one plus team and no one come to replace to mother board of led . then i had raise a complaint to customer care by ticket no 221029-007361 on dated 05-11-2022 and response by one plus team your problem will be solve in 10 to 15 days but till now there is no solution of my complaint.
