I have placed an order of JBL black 230 NC ear pods and I have received a wrong price which is a white fake unbranded ear pods. I have returned the product and no Amazon customer care answering my questions and they are literally disconnecting my call without my consent.

Text of Complaint by Venkatesh Daripalli:

I have placed an order of JBL black 230 NC ear pods on 31st August in Amazon and the total price of the product is Rs 5560/-. The total amount I have paid after using my Amazon promotional balance is RS 5520/-and I have received a wrong price which is a white fake unbranded ear pods after 4days of my order placed date. I have raised a return request on the same day I received my product I have returned the product on 9september to a Amazon pickup executive and I didn’t receive any return information and refund details till now. no Amazon customer care answering my questions and they are literally disconnecting my call without my consent.
