Text of Complaint by Manimozhi:

I have initiated to pay my Electricity bill through Airtel thanks app.which is installed in my mobile..the total amount of 560+125 rupees is deducted from my account towards the payment of electricity bill with the transaction id
Since it has been 6 days.but i didn’t received my money in my bank account back.
Help me to get the money back….
