My service got disconnected today. I have paid the bill in their app, and payment gateway by paytm . Paytm sent me the confirmation and transaction ID. And Torrent power claims they didn’t receive the payment so cant resume the service. As I’m running a restaurant I personally lost 10000 rupees worth stock and my customers though. Please take required actions according to it.
