I have paid Rs 1199 for purchase of pulse oxymeter from couture offer.com on 14.5.2021.so far I have not received the item. I have contacted cashfree , the online facilitators but there is no response from both of them

I have ordered for pulse oxymeter on 14.5.20221. Not received item.

I have contacted facilitator cashfree but there is no response from both of them
