I have purchased a 2nd hand Pulsar NS 200 on the month of August 2021 and opted an EMI service from WheelsEMI PVT LTD. While purchasing the finance agent Ranganath said its 0% interest and asked me take it for an year since there will be no interest at all even though when i wanted to take the EMI only for 5 or 6 so that i can close it soon. After purchasing he said he will send me the EMI documents in email and its been 7 months now and still i didnt receive any kind mail confirmation about the interest details. And now out of nowhere they are saying that i have to pay interst of 13% and whenever i call customer care they dont have any idea about it.
Now coming to this pathetic wheels EMI customer care first of all they dont speak any english on top they will hang up the phone if i ask them more question. My EMI due date is 12 th of every month and the 1st EMI they told me to make the payment manually since the ACH has not been activated by the bank so i made the payment on 5th of sepetember 2020, but later that same month they tried to take the money from my bank on 9th of september and it got bounced when i called the customer care they said they waive it off since i already made the payment and its been 7 months now and they are calling everyday asking me to pay the bounce charges. This is a new way of stealing people hard earned money i request you guys to take a necessary action.
