Iam R Kesavamurthi residing at 19, EB Colony, Lenin Nagar, Coimbatore – 641006. My phone number is 9952419531. My add on number is 9952419530. Post paid. My bill is due on May 15, 2019. I dropped a IOB cheque no 937908 dt May 7, 2019. That cheque was presented by airtel and it is debited in my account on May 10, 2019. But i keep getting sms, calls stating that it is unpaid. I had sent complaint on May 18, 2019 to 121@in.airtel.com enclosing e statement of bank transaction. Got a reply stating that it will be resolved in 22 hours. But till now iam getting sms and calls stating it is unpaid and service will be terminated.This puts me in great mental stress and disturbs my work and normal activity.
