I have took 10,000 dhani personal loan & i have missed my one emi in lockdown and amount of rs. 956 and my emi and overdue old total amount 2592 i paid to ivl finance services but still my loan is activ not closed & showing 1800 overdue amount so please kindly help me to close loan as soon as possible i have my payment receipt and proves of the total amount so please help me.
