I have paid for wifi installation and my application is processed as well, and even after 2 days no one coming to install that wifi. I have done all the process through airtel app. Now the agent whom I spoke to before paying for wifi is not even picking up my call since 2 days. I think airtel is scamming people. Jio is much better.
