I have taken loan due to some bad situation I am unable to pay ok on time and finally I have complete payment still not updated in app and no proper response from consent app and mailed regards no reply and simply panalty adding by company through app

No update still it’s showing pending and adding penalty in app

From last few year’s ago I already paid tyto loan amount but now unnecessary said loan showing in my cibil report therefore my cibil score not increasing.
Tyto cash also not available in play store.
I already raised dispute but again loan showing in my cibil report
So need your support here.
