Myself Mahesh Ashok Takavale I was Having a Bike Loan with OTO Capital which has been started on dtd 05.04.2021 n ended on 05.03.2023. My EMI was 3701/- which has been paid on time till Date. There was one bounce happen in Feb 2023 i paid the EMI of 3701/- on 06.02.2023 along with 1000/- bounce charge. I have all Payment records with Me.
I have asked the OTO for the payment statement. which they Provide Me as per there statement also there is NO Dues.
But whenever i ask company for NOC they just give answer as we are processing it will received in 10 days or Next week. From last Month i m in touch with them but Still NOT received the NOC.
Now i have received the Information from there side on Phone as well as Mail that there is 500/- dues are from My side. which is Not At all as per My Knowledge.
I m attaching the statement which they Provide me, as well as the Bounce charges payment of FEB 2023.
Even i have the mail Trail which i can provide if required.
