I have paid all my paytm postpaid balance but they didnot close my loan amount it effects my cibil and the reports shows that i didn’t clear the loan but i have already paid all the loan amount

I have already paid my paytm postpaid balance but they don’t close my loan .. The cibil report shows that i not paid the loan while i already paid all the amount… This is very bad thing which effects my cibil
