I have ordered 12,05,2020, mobile not 7 pro 64GB 6Gb mobile online in mobylstore.and I have paid Rs 2999.my order confirm no.ms 1618 ,so for I have not received any information from them.I think I lost my money. Is there any possible measure to get refund from them .Even I. have tried to contact through E mail,but the given mail id not available. Please help me for my money refund,
