Sir/Madam,
My name is Pradeep Kumar G. I have ordered VIVA 4G SMARTPHONE (4GB RAM, 64GB STORAGE) (NEWLY LAUNCHED). But I have received two sets of Play Cards and one dummy Digital Writing Pad. So kindly refund my money as I have paid through COD for Rs.2999/- .
The mail ID is also not working ie., support@hope4shops.co.in. Mail ID also fake. Kindly do needful as many people may get cheated it is goining to continue like this fake websites and flash sales. Please provide justice.
