2nd December 2020, i have receved the package. As soon as i have opened the package, i found there is only one machine and it was also broken.

I have immediatly called Amazon and explained them. The agenton call confirmed me that for the broken part the refund would be made in 48 hours, and the for the part missing,i have to wait for 5 days. Today is the 7th December, i still have not received the refund for the broken machine, and i also have not received any update on the missing part.

I had uloaded the photo of the broken parts.

This is not th first time i am experiencing such issue from Amazon.

A reputed company like Amazon need to have a standard.

When agents give me time, i need to get an update. when i just called the customer care now, the agent is saying to wait till tuesday and they will process my refund.
