I have ordered Tipad A1Tab 10inch through MYNOTCHPHONE.online by paying Rs. 3999.20/- through Payumoney.
However, no confirmation received from their website. When I contacted their customer care number, they told me that order was incomplete as stock was not there and they shared me the link to provide the details of the credit card details including expiry date and cvv number.
I declined to provide the cvv number as confidential information should not be shared with anyone. Then they shared me another link to open to confirm the card details, but I felt something fishy as it may vulnerable to my account. Later, they ask me to share the details through google pay UPI by providing someone else UPI id to send some money to confirm the card details to refund.
At this stage, I understood it’s a fraud website to cheat innocent people money by offering cheap trick to make a big scam. I request people to do not fall trap this kind of fraud websites.
Hence, I request concern govt department / officials to look into this issue and help me to get the refund at the earliest.
Also, please take some action immediately before more people fell trap to this kind of scam.
