I have ordered the watch on 18th may but it still not dispatched. Order showing needs fulfillment.
Firstly I got an email from their side stating wrong address/not reachable. Then I got an email to ignore the previous email.

We called them and they said your order has been shipped on the same address. And they give us the tracking number JA8UDIMZG or JA8UD1MZG. I tried both but it didn’t work. They also asked us that they had sent an email also. But there was no email.
I received an email again that the courier service is not reachable. I don’t understand what they are trying to do. Please anybody help
