I have received the order on 21/06/2024. When the product i got i have open the product and I am seeing that what product I have ordered that product is not there that itself i have call them and said everything about that i got what product and how it was and then i have raised the return complain for the order on 22/06/2024 from there APP itself but the complaint is not moving and then from 23/06/2024 i have called and ask them that what about my complain that i have raised and you guys not doing anything in that and the customer support team is saying that we have informed ahead and after that they say we can do this much only. when the ahead team will respond us we will respond you. and then after that i have called them in the daily basis but they have same answer over there. then i have mail there jio mart customer support team on 30/06/2024 and after some time they mail me back that your return for this order is denied and after that i have mailed again that why you denied my complaint for this order. for that they don’t have any reply for me they can not explain me not giving me proper explanations for this. And the product I got is a sumsung phone in a karbon box .
Sir I have ask for my invoice and IMEI number of phone but then don’t give me .sir please help me
