I have ordered shoes from the fashion cart online website but the shoes does not delivered to me.

This fraud grp, fashion cart online …advertised popular sports shoes, offerings at 80% discount. They ran ads for over a month. I fell for it. I lost 899/-!!. These charlatans must have collection at least 3-4CR, spending under 10K for what I realize was a give away portal!!!. Their gateway was PAYU …and as such these people too must be held accountable.
