I have ordered Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5g mobile from Flipkart. But I have received Realme Narzo 30. I have ordered 20000 mobile and have received 10000 mobile. And When I am trying to raise a return I was getting some error like it’s an open box delivery and hence not possible to raise a return. So, I contacted Flipkart via call me back request. They called me and I explained everything. And they also said the same thing and mentioned something like the delivery boy uploaded the correct product pictures at the time of delivery. But it’s not the case. Because the delivery boy has not opened the product in front of me and even I didn’t open the product at the time of delivery. I am not sure how the delivery boy shared the pictures with them. May be delivery boy has changed the product? And one more thing is, the product which I got is seal broken inside. As soon as I noticed all these things I raised a call-me-back request and talked to them and they mentioned it was impossible to raise a return request. now they cheated me and they took my 20000 rupees and sent me 10000 rupees mobile. My return policy will end by tomorrow which is the 18th of May. I can’t do anything after 18th May. And even after having multiple calls with Flipkart support, they told me it’s not possible to return/replace/refund. Kindly please help me to get my issue resolved and get the refund ASAP.
