I have received the phone realme 9 pro 5g 6gb+128gb (RMX3471) having order id -OD225787377817921000
on 31st aug from Flipkart with outer transparent packing missing and its a refurbished phone having battery heating issue and draining and hanging i am complaining about it from 1st of sep I have complaint in Flipkart continuously but they are not returning and refunding for that . I have made continuous technical visit but they are cancelling the return,i have complaint it to customer care many times but not yet solved. Technician they are sending are partnered with Flipkart and insite showing defect in phone they are not ready to show it defective .one of the technician named mrityunjay from jeeves patna visited my house and checked battery performance and stress level for 20 mins result came failed but he was trying to prove it not failed and trying to run the performance again again when i stopped him for doing such action and asked him let me take the screenshot of this he Stopped the process and uninstalled it quickly .. i am tired if technician visit many times it had been done by vicky kumar , mrityunjay kumar ,ranjit Kumar from jeeves partnered by Flipkart.. yet they are not returning my phone and not refunding…i need help and wanna take action against them.I have ordered it from sisters husband account name vikas kumar anda registered mobile number and we are facing issue of calling and complaint.
