I have ordered OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G (Gray Mirror, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) Ordered on 29 March 2022 Order# 407-8423501-4018710
We have received order instead of one plus nord CE 2 5G mobile I have received Real me C15 demo mobile please find enclosed attached images & videos for your kind reference
I have given compliant on 2nd APRIL itself but your customer care team have told wait for 5 days will get back to you with solution once our internal investigation is done and told us to give a call back on 8th APRIL 2022
By today 8.04.2022 when I called your customer care they are saying as per our internal investigation report you will not get any refund nothing we are sent courier correctly,
But I uploaded actual images of the mobile ( which was received ) on 2nd APRIL what I raise the complaint no was bothered to say anything now after 5 days also my issue is not got resolved
Why should I pay without getting a mobile what I have ordered for
Kindly request you to please refund my money is replaced it with the mobile that I order for
