I have orded one plus node 2t 5g on Amazon, while orded I have selected my home town address choutuppal pincode 508252. Then immediately I have contacted amazon service team they said after the shipping of product we will change the address. Then after 3 hour’s I again contacted amazon service team then they take our new address with pincode of 500080. At that time I requested to them I will take the product from your hyderabad amazon hub center they said need of doing sir, we will manage to reach your pincode they promised.
Today afternoon I got call from deliver agent they said you have to come over here then only I will deliver otherwise product cancelled and sent back to amazon base center.
After conversation with deliver agent I have called customer service team after 30 min of conversation they said you have to the product from 508252, or cancel your product
I am very much upset with amazon service. Literally they mentally torched, d
They only promised to deliver at 500080 pincode suddenly they are changed words please take the appropriate action
