I have ordered mobile battery from MOBILE MONK online shopping site under Order no. 62669 , but the battery was damaged then I contact to Mobil monk company seller regarding the problem they assured me I will send replacement but till date one month passed they neither recive my call nor they reply my text.
I just want to refund my payment
