I have ordered mivi earphones which has delivered me on 26 of aug 2022 i got defeated piece so i request for replacement and on 28 of aug i got replacement and again i was defeated like i got old case of earphones with earphones so i requested them to replace it or refund they don’t give me replacement for that product in my Amazon account it’s showing that i got the replacement for product which is incorrect i want you to help on this please
