I Have Ordered JBL Ear Pods worth Rs 4000 on 12 Sept 2020 vide order No JB-IN00343802. Today is 14th Oct 2020 still not received the order and in track order the staus is still not shipped . 100 times called customer care no one is supporting at all . I want to cancel the order but they are not cancelling also . Mailed 100 times to cancel on the customer care support email id but no response . This is how JBL works … cancel my order and refund my money as early as possible
