I have ordered grocery item from flipkart worth rupees 1439 . It was delivered on 27 th september 2022 . In that i have ordered surf excel 5 kilo detergent powder worth rupees-523 but i didn’t received this product but it is in the bill and delivery boy only opened the basket and gave me the products , I have told him this product is missing but he told ” U should return it seperately now give me total amount” So he collected total amount 1439 rupees including for this product which I didn’t received. So I called customer care of flipkart and they sended return request for my product but it was rejected today . This is too worst. I am a regular customer of flipkart please do take action to return my product and get my money 523 rupees back. Now again I have given return request till now they have not approved it. Please do help me. My order id- OD126087263335660000.
