I Have ordered Grocery in Flipkart on 1st Aug’19 and I made Prepaid Payment of Rs.1489/-through Debit card, Delivery was scheduled on 3rd Aug’19. But till now Products not Delivered and Flipkart customer care not responding properly. I’m calling Flipkart Customer Daily but they are telling problem will be resolved in another 24 hrs but till now not got any solution. I’m asking them to Either Deliver the Products or Cancel my order and Refund the money which i paid. I tried to cancel the order in Application but Cancel option not visible. Whatever i tell to Flipkart customer Taking Lightly though i’m a Plus Member in Flipkart. Please check and help to get the solution.
