I have ordered Sony Earbuds Combo vide order No. #52914 by seeing the advertisement in the official website of “www.bassdeal.com” and have paid an amount of Rs. 1599. The item was delivered to me was wrong and i immediately tried reaching the customer care numbers provided in the official company website as mentioned above. But the phone numbers are not working. I have also sent email to bassdealelectronic@gmail.com and support@bassdeal.com along with my complete details. But there is no response.
It is further state that the said company has refund my amount of Rs. 1,599/- which was taken from me for the purchase of the Sony Earbuds combo and have delivered the wrong item.
Therefore I request this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass a Judgment and Decree directing the company to refund my amount which was taken/transacted from my account for the purchase of the Sony Earbuds combo and delivered me the wrong item and also refund my amount of Rs. 1,599/- and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts mentioned above and in the circumstances of the case.
