I have ordered for an Executive Revolving Chair, black color, made of Bantia, Leather office adjustable Arm Chair on 10th August 2022. i have made a total payment of Rs. 7,424/- (rupees seven thousand four hundred and twenty four only) by way of credit card payment.
The product got delivered on 16th August 2022 in the afternoon. During the delivery t is to my utter shock, i found the following :
a. package is fully un boxed from top to bottom.
b. I observed that the packing was not done properly.
c. Further, i found the back side of the seat got torn at many places.
d. further to my utter shock, the both arms of the chair also missing.
e. there is no checklist for the accessories of the chair.
d. the leather color also different from the seat to rest part of the chair.
Further, when I applied for return of the product there is no proper response from the company and the the company is keeping on postponing for the tech visit.
i completely not satisfied with the product and the services of the flipkart.
Public in great faith on such companies are blindly and got cheated . Hence i am expressing my dis satisfaction. These brutally businessmen easily mislead innocent consumers regarding the actual price and quality of their products and contribute silently to unfair trade practices. Hence this complainnt
